Its components:
It contains 90% of its weight water, 5% fiber, and 2% ash, and the rest is sugars and minerals such as sulfur, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and copper. Beetroot also contains a lot of sugar (sucrose, glucose, fructose), protein, fiber, organic acids, and amino acids, in addition to vitamins and mineral salts.
