Dried Apricots

Medical uses:

Apricots are a fruit rich in vitamin A (about 18% of a person’s daily requirement) and are also rich in vitamin C, iron, and potassium.
Due to its large global production and the short shelf life of the fruits after their maturity, it is usually dried or canned, as in Syria.
The nutritional value of dried apricots is higher than that of undried apricots.
Dried apricots strengthen eyesight and activate liver functions.
A recent scientific study reported that dry apricots are useful in treating cases of anemia, strengthening eyesight, stimulating liver functions, reducing cholesterol levels in the blood, and protecting the heart and arteries from diseases.
This is due to them containing “carotenoid” compounds that are converted in the human body into vitamins. A is what the eye needs to get rid of harmful compounds that harm it.

The study showed that apricot fruits may be the best treatments ever in protecting women from skin diseases and acne pimples because vitamin A is found in abundance in this fruit, which makes it have an anti-wrinkle effect.
